Recipe of the Week : Delicious chicken BBQ

Poulet au BarbecueIt is believed, summer will last for two months, for sure ! We can therefore continue the lunches and dinners around the summer barbecue. Here is a recipe hot like fire and a little more sophisticated than simple grilled sausages !

Preparation : 1 time (which the start of the barbecue)
Baking : 35 minutes

 

 

For 6 people

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (vintages 4 thick white)
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper

 

Preparation

1 – Préparez la pommade

In a bowl, Mix a tablespoon of olive oil, tomato paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, Tabasco, sugar, cinnamon, sweet pepper and garlic clove you will first remove the germ.

2 – Prepare the barbecue

On a hot grill with coals intense, drop the chicken thighs that you have previously oiled.
