The wine regime

The wines I prefer diet plans wine. But each and every situation like, a bottle is required adapted.

The system sports

The joy of running in vines, to feel the slope of each plot, to print each local in memory of his shoes was a lesson. To go the distance, requires fuel. Just before to give himself courage, too much during (apart from water), After much for comfort, welcome, to congratulate, well, partying.

Before, easy on the plug, but a little red wine bodes well (better than the white, more acidic, which sends you to the mat illico before asking a godillot on the asphalt). A powerful red, rassérénant type gigondas, châteauneuf, medoc. Especially since most races are held in the fall or spring, sometimes capricious weather that call robust wines. After the race, a good beer first. Then the champagne, necessarily. In the case of Médoc marathon way classified growths in 1855 - Twice a year, once in February, once during Futures - I can tell you that the glass of champagne by the owners of Bordeaux is beneficial ! The Pol Roger (1934) of Philippe Casteja, incision into two or three more years, is a delight ; the joint wine “Rothschild” Lafite and Mouton is also a very good champagne, Relaxing and refreshing.

The anti-cancer diet

There was the book by David Servan-Schreiber telling us what to eat to avoid cancer, magnificent example of a fight that, unfortunately for him, ended badly. So I'd trust my instincts (survival) and the good old carpe diem. The proof is simple : no deprivation, no frustration, it remains relaxed, alert, quick-witted and playful, and healthy.

A little exercise, a bit of wine, good food, much joy, and hop. On red wines especially, with their tannins and polyphenols, are good anti-oxidants. Wholesale, Duracell is the effect : it lasts longer. It also appears that the red Southwest, based Tannat (Madiran leading) Plants are great of youth.

The regime antidepressant

Long live the excitement. Let's sparkle. Champagnes and sparkling, Blanquette de Limoux and Clairette de Die, up to you. The brilliance of the golden robes of a Sauternes or a Bonnezeaux also gives the heart glad.

The authoritarian regime

In my case, is to impose the white wines on cheese, the champagne as an aperitif, even on all night, rehabilitate sweet wines and discover the cognac for cocktails. The trick is to not let the choice. It's a bit radical but it works. By adapting the technique of “if you were already rejected three times, a fourth request, the person before you can crack”. (patented technique, certified by thirty years of experience. Rates on request)

The banana regime

Here I do not really know what to write, it gets a little anything this blog :-) .

En vous lisant, je pense automatiquement à Sir Winston Churchill qui avait l’habitude de dire :
« Je ne suis pas difficile, je me contente du meilleur » – un bon régime en toutes circonstances !
