The Crozes-Hermitage from field Graillot are, many years, standard quality of the appellation. Wines forthright, no makeup, a beautiful purity, and that fresh blood makes them ideal companions table. Its St. Joseph, in the same spirit, Perhaps even more mineral, is a wine not to miss ! A must for any amateur field.
Another winemaker, other style. Laurent Combier vinifies also a majority of Crozes-hermitages and a batch of St. Joseph. Pioneer organic viticulture in the region (his father began the process in the years 1970), Laurent Combier produces the variety of the wine on the fruit, gourmet and tasty, an immediate seduction, whether his or her crozes St. Joseph. The field Coursodon For its part, is only in St. Joseph.
