Recipe of the Week : linguine with mushrooms

Weather Question, this autumn blows hot and cold. High temperatures, sudden moisture : les champignons raffolent de ces changements ! You will accompany this tasty recipe for a Sangiovese Italian (the fixed-price in full), a Syrah of the Rhone Valley or Mourvedre bandol. Slightly raised, bear this dish well indeed red wines. Even if, in agreement, the debate continues !

Ingredients for 2 people :

  • 200 g of fresh linguine
  • oil
  • 175 g chanterelles
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt

Preparation of the recipe

Scrape up the chanterelles, then move them quickly under running cold water. Drain. Cut the larger of two. Peel garlic and chop it finely. Chop parsley.

Heat oil in a frying pan throw in the mushrooms, add garlic and saute the mushrooms until they make more water. Salt. Add parsley.

During the cooking of mushrooms, Boil a large pot of water, the salt-, add the pasta and let cook 2 min. Drain the pasta, toss with the mushrooms and serve immediately.
