Ingredients for 2 people :
- 200 g of fresh linguine
- oil
- 175 g chanterelles
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
Preparation of the recipe
Scrape up the chanterelles, then move them quickly under running cold water. Drain. Cut the larger of two. Peel garlic and chop it finely. Chop parsley.
Heat oil in a frying pan throw in the mushrooms, add garlic and saute the mushrooms until they make more water. Salt. Add parsley.
During the cooking of mushrooms, Boil a large pot of water, the salt-, add the pasta and let cook 2 min. Drain the pasta, toss with the mushrooms and serve immediately.
